Main responsibilities:
Manage the Shopping Centre in terms of Facility Management, Operational Marketing and Administration:
- propose the annual expenditure budget of the Shopping Centre Consortium and monitor its trends
- collaborate in the preparation of the Marketing Plan of the Shopping Centre and monitor its implementation and effectiveness
- coordinate and monitor Facility Management and Operational Marketing activities
- fill the shopping centre’s entrance and trends reporting file
- guaranteeing operational supervision
- manage relations with the tenants and external administrative management companies
Ensure the operational management of temporary leases and related revenues:
- in cooperation with Specialty Leasor and the competent corporate functions, manage the contractualisation by setting the active invoicing cycle and monitoring the relevant receipts
Job requirements:
- At least 3 years’ experience in shopping centre management
- University degree or equivalent
- Project & Facility management
- Proactivity, vision, problem solving
- Communication and teamwork
- People management
- Good digital skills
- English
