Accounting and Administrative Assistant

Purpose of the role

as part of the Administrative Division, deals with the entire accounting management of an IGD group company.

 

Responsibilities and daily activities

Assist in the management of the following areas:

  • tax compliance and filings (VAT, income tax, substitute tax, etc.);
  • recording of assets and liabilities;
  • preparation of analytical accounting records;
  • bank reconciliation, check of collections;
  • general accounting and financial reporting (quarterly, half-year and annual reports);
  • implementation and monitoring of accounting and administrative procedures;
  • provide the correct information for payment processing;
  • monitoring of assets;
  • periodic administrative reporting.

 

Job requirements

  • At least 5-years of experience in administration-accounting, preferably gained in accountancy firms
  • Degree in Economics or diploma in administration-accounting
  • Good computer, data analysis and reporting skills
  • Precision and reliability
  • Organization and ability to work towards objectives
  • Strong teamworking skills

 

Location: Bologna
