Shopping Center Manager – Ferrara

Main responsibilities:

Manage the Shopping Centre in terms of Facility Management, Operational Marketing and Administration:

  • propose the annual expenditure budget of the Shopping Centre Consortium and monitor its trends
  • collaborate in the preparation of the Marketing Plan of the Shopping Centre and monitor its implementation and effectiveness
  • coordinate and monitor Facility Management and Operational Marketing activities
  • fill the shopping centre’s entrance and trends reporting file
  • guaranteeing operational supervision
  • manage relations with the tenants and external administrative management companies

 

Ensure the operational management of temporary leases and related revenues:

  • in cooperation with Specialty Leasor and the competent corporate functions, manage the contractualisation by setting the active invoicing cycle and monitoring the relevant receipts

 

 Job requirements:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in shopping centre management
  • University degree or equivalent
  • Project & Facility management
  • Proactivity, vision, problem solving
  • Communication and teamwork
  • People management
  • Good digital skills
  • English

 

Location: Ferrara

Expected start date: October 2024
