Shopping Center Assistant – Bologna

Purpose of the role

The resource will be responsible for supporting the Shopping Centre Manager in the operational and strategic activities of the shopping centre to ensure a unique visitor experience and effective collaboration with the centre’s tenants. He/she will be a key figure in the implementation of online and offline co-marketing activities and will contribute to the growth of the shopping centre’s attractiveness.

 

Main Activities

• Operational support to centre management: collaborating with the Shopping Centre Manager in administrative and contractual management; ensuring that the facilities are efficient and meet operational standards, assisting in the supervision of maintenance work and the provision of services by suppliers;
• Marketing and promotions: develop and implement co-marketing strategies with tenants, using B2B and B2C digital tools, social media campaigns, e-mail marketing and in-store promotions;
• Event organisation: planning and coordinating events, monitoring their results to assess their impact on attendance and sales;
• Analysis and reporting: processing sales data and assisting in the management of information flow; monitoring the performance of initiatives, preparing periodic reports and suggesting improvement actions;
• Operational marketing budget management: monitor the costs of activities, verifying compliance with the assigned budget.

 

Skills

• Degree, preferably in Economics or Marketing.
• Mastery of the main digital marketing tools, social platforms and Office 365 package.
• Experience with digital and traditional marketing techniques (experience in marketing agencies or events with retail client management welcome).
• Ability to plan and manage medium-sized events.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Aptitude for teamwork and negotiation skills.
• Flexibility, proactivity, results orientation and aptitude for team working.
• English language.
