La Favorita Shopping Center (IGD) in Mantua welcomes IKEA
IGD – Immobiliare Grande Distribuzione SIIQ S.p.A. is pleased to announce that it has expanded its offering inside La Favorita shopping center with the opening of the first IKEA Plan & Order Point in Mantua.
Just 3 km from Mantua’s historic center, La Favorita shopping center is located in a strategic location with excellent transport links. It is easily accessible both from the city, via local transport, and from the surrounding areas, thanks to its proximity to the motorway toll booth.
Inaugurated in 1996 and part of the IGD portfolio since 2018, La Favorita was completely restyled in 2021 and now boasts a fresh new look, with more attractive and functional facilities, green spaces, pedestrian squares and a direct connection to the cinema and sports hall. La Favorita has been upgraded with energy-efficient measures, including new LED lighting throughout the mall and photovoltaic panels over the external parking lot.
The merchandising mix has been refreshed through the inclusion of tenants that meet emerging market trends. This mix now features the new IKEA Plan & Order Point, which allows customers to enjoy both bespoke design advice services and a selection of inspirational furniture displays. Online shopping will also be available, allowing customers to access the complete IKEA catalogue and select the most convenient delivery service.
