Publication notice of the 2012 Financial Statements

Please be advised that in accordance with the law, the Annual Financial Report, the Directors’ Report, the External Auditors Report, the Statutory Auditors Report, the Report on Corporate Governance and Ownership Structure, the Remuneration Report, for the year ended at 31 December 2012 have been filed at the company’s registered office and at the Italian Stock Exchange (www.borsaitaliana.it) and the documentation can also be found on the company website at www.gruppoigd.it.
The reports and/or summaries of financial statements of subsidiaries and associates under art. 2429 of the civil code will be made available to the public in the manner and in accordance with law.
