Publication notice of the Financial Statements at 31/12/09 and dividend payment
2009 CONSOLIDATED AND SEPARATE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS Please be advised that today the separate and consolidated financial statements at 31 December 2009, approved by the shareholders during the Annual General Meeting held on 22 April 2010, were made available at the ompany’s Registered Office and at the Italian Stock Exchange, along with all the other documentation required by law.
The minutes of the above mentioned Annual General Meeting will be made available to the public at the company’s Registered Office and at the Italian Stock Exchange in accordance with current regulations.
PAYMENT OF DIVIDEND FOR 2009
The shareholders also approved payment of a gross dividend for FY 2009 of €0.05 per ordinary share of IGD SIIQ S.p.A.. The dividend will be payable as of 27 May 2010 – with stocks going ex-div on 24 may 2010 – by the authorized intermediaries participating in the centralized management system of Monte Titoli S.p.A.
