Publication notice of the Financial Statements Project at 31/12/09

Please be advised that in accordance with the law, the draft separate and consolidated financial statements approved by the Board of the Directors on 11 March 2010, have been filed at the company’s registered office and with the Italian Stock Exchange (www.borsaitalia.it). The reports by the Board of Statutory Auditors and the external auditors will be filed by the deadlines set by law.
