The Board of Directors of IGD has resolved upon the signing of two preliminary agreements for the purchase of a portfolio of core properties

Today the public offer to subscribe 15,640,526 newly issued ordinary shares of IGD, reserved for recipients of the dividend for 2013, in execution of the resolution approved during the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting held on 15 April 2014, was completed.

The Registration Document was filed with Consob on 15 May 2014 following notice of approval, reference no. 0040480/14 received on 15 May 2014
