Immobiliare Grande Distribuzione Società di Investimento Immobiliare Quotata S.p.A. announces that it will exercise the “opt-out” clause found in Articles 70 (8) and 71 (1-bis) of CONSOB’s Regulation for Issuers which grants the option to waive the mandatory publication of informational documents relating to mergers, spin-offs, capital increases through in-kind transfers, acquisitions and disposals.
