IGD – Immobiliare Grande Distribuzione SIIQ S.p.A., one of the main player owner and manager of retail shopping centers in Italy and listed on the STAR segment of the Italian Stock Exchange, announces that yesterday Mr. John William Vojticek has resigned from his office of independent director of the Company with immediate effect.

As of today Mr. Vojticek does not hold IGD shares.
