Green Notes – Postponement waiting for better market conditions

Making reference and supplementing the previous press release dated 23 March 2022, Immobiliare Grande Distribuzione SIIQ S.p.A. (“IGD” or the “Company”) informs that today, waiting for better market conditions, has postponed the planned issuance of the unsubordinated and non-convertible green notes.

This decision has been taken considering that the Company has no significant indebtedness to be refinanced until the last quarter of 2023.
