Internship Privacy Officer

We are offering a traineeship as part of the Legal and Corporate Affairs team.

We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic, motivated and proactive.

The trainee, partnered with the group’s Data Protection Officer, will have an opportunity to learn by participating in the work group’s activities, with a specific focus on the regulatory aspects of GDPR data processing, in a dynamic and stimulating company.

Preference will be given to individuals who have completed the traineeship when filling vacancies in Corporate & Legal Affairs.

 

Training goals

The trainee will receive training in the following areas:

  • supporting the Data Protection Officer in the monitoring of changes in the application of GDPR regulations, as well as those of the domestic Privacy authorities, in order to guarantee the company’s full compliance with current laws and regulations;
  • providing the support needed to prepare contractual standards and documentation relating to the processing of personal data (GDPR- EU Regulation);
  • monitoring and learning more about data protection regulations (Privacy Code, GDPR, provisions of the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali, guidelines);
  • how to contribute to the production/revision of personal data protection measures;
  • supporting implementation of the procedures and policies in accordance with the law governing personal data protection.

 

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements

  • College degree in jurisprudence/DPO master’s degree;
  • good understanding of English;
  • good understanding of the Office suite;
  • good people skills and ability to work as part of a team.
