IT Manager

Job overview

The position, reporting to the General Management, guarantees the integration and maintenance of the information systems functional to the correct management of company activities, pursuing the target of processes digitalisation; ensures the adoption of new technologies to support the business, managing implementation projects; guarantees the functioning of the company infrastructure and networking, in compliance with IT security requirements.

 

Main responsibilities:

• Implement the IT strategy, based on targets and inputs of the Management;
• Ensure the evolutionary management of company applications based on the collection of needs of the various departments
• Manage corrective maintenance of IT systems;
• Guarantee IT security through the definition of an adequate Cyber Security strategy, as well as awareness and training plans
• Ensure correct management of the network and IT infrastructure, ensuring the regular functioning of the wired, wireless network and corporate cloud;
• Manage budget and qualified suppliers
• Manage procedures related to the function

 

Job requirements and skills

• Work experience in similar positions or in Project Management of at least 5 years;
• College degree in computer science or technical management (i.e., computer engineering,  engineering management, information technology).

 

Hard skills:

• Good knowledge of management systems, with focus on MS Business Central;
• Expertise in Cyber Security, Networking, Digital, Data Analytics;
• Good English knowledge.
