After having presented the new 2024 Business Plan last 14 December, IGD’s management met with a few investors during a roadshow in the middle of January. The broker that organized the meetings gathered anonymous feedback which provided us with some concise and stimulating comments from those who see the Company from the outside. We would like to present our 12th Sustainability Report referring to 2021, a year of transition for our sector. We ended 2020 aware that the sustainability process we had undertaken was the right approach even when facing the unpredictable challenges brought about by the pandemic.
The work done to ensure that each shopping center keeps up with the new consumer trends and the needs of the catchment areas, is combined with a rethinking of the layouts, as well as a new marketing strategy which leverages on the opportunities that digitalization provides.
