(“IGD”) announces that, pursuant to Article 5 of Consob Regulation No. 17221 of 12 March 2010, as subsequently amended, and Article 11 of the Procedure on transaction with related parties adopted by IGD, the Information Document relating to the exchange offer addressed to the holders of the outstanding “€144,900,000 4.335 per cent. Notes due 7 May 2017” Notes and “€150,000,000 3.875 per cent.
