2010 annual report published

IGD – Immobiliare Grande Distribuzione SIIQ S.p.A., leading owner and manager of retail shopping centers in Italy and listed on the STAR segment of the Italian Stock Exchange, announces that in accordance with Consob Resolution n. 11971 of 14 May 1999, as subsequently amended, the 2010 Annual Report, comprised of the draft separate and consolidated financial statements, the reports prepared by the directors, the external auditors and the Board of Statutory Auditors have been filed at the Company’s registered office and with CONSOB, as well published on the website of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (www.borsaitalia.it) and on the Company’s website (www.gruppoigd.it), in the Investors’ Section.  All shareholders and parties holding voting rights are entitled to obtain a copy.
