Publication of the Shareholders’ Agreement

IGD – Immobiliare Grande Distribuzione SIIQ S.p.A., leading owner and manager of retail shopping centers in Italy and listed on the STAR segment of the Italian Stock Exchange, advises that the new Shareholders’ Agreement signed between Coop Adriatica and Unicoop Tirreno concerning the voting and the blocking right of IGD’s shares, has been published by extract on the Company website www.gruppoigd.it , Media – Press Releases section and by full version in the Investor Relations – IGD stock – Codes, indexes and shareholders section, as well as on the authorized storage system 1Info www.1info.it .

The full version of the Agreement has been communicated to Consob and it has been filed with the Company Register of Ravenna.
