The information requested relating to the activity carried out by the broker Kepler Cheuvreux SA to enhance liquidity of the shares of IGD – Immobiliare Grande Distribuzione SIIQ S.p.A. between 1 June 2020 and 31 August 2020 is provided below.

 

It should be remembered that, as announced to the market on May, 7th, while waiting to fully understand the impact of the Covid-19 health crises and any measures to adopt because of it, the purchase of treasury shares has been suspended.
