Sergio Santi’s new member of IGD’s Board of Directors

The Engineer Sergio Santi, 62 years old, was appointed member of the Board of Directors of IGD S.p.A. as delegate of the banks minority. At the present time Sergio Santi is the President of “Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Imola” and, moreover, he is a member of the Board of Directors of several companies of the Bologna and Imola area. As a consequence of the Santi appointment, the IGD Board of Directors is composed of 9 independent directors.
