IGD S.p.A., listed on the STAR segment of the Italian Stock Exchange (Borsa Italiana) active in the large-scale real estate distribution sector, informs that the Annual General Meeting, previously fixed in first call on 27 April 2006 at 9:00 am in Ravenna, at the Chamber of Commerce, viale L.C.s Farini 14, Cavalcoli room, and in second call on 28 April 2006 has been set for 28 April 2006 at 09.00 am in Ravenna, at the Jolly Hotel, Piazza Mameli 1 and, if necessary, in second call on 29 April 2006, same time and place.
