A rich portfolio of shopping centers found in Italy and Romania

With a portfolio worth €1.7 billion (proforma as at 31 December 2023, after the disposal of a real estate portfolio finalized on 23 April 2024), we are the biggest owner of shopping centers in Italy. As a property company we acquire retail properties which are already generating revenue or newly opened (such as shopping centers, hypermarkets, supermarkets, shopping malls) from which we can extract value over the long term. Our activities also include the disposal of freehold assets or asset rotation in order to optimize the structure of the portfolio at any given time.

In Italy at 23 April 2024 we had 41 properties, including:

• 25 malls and retail parks
• 8 hypermarkets and supermarkets
• 1 development projects

*date of completion of the disposal of a real estate portfolio.

In Romania we have:

• 14 shopping centers
• 1 office building
