We offer dedicated training paths to young talents

We also pay particular attention to the world of students and new college graduates, for which we develop traineeships and internships.  In this was the young talents have the chance to be in contact with IGD and feel like one of our team.

The training initiatives are offered to new college graduates and those that are about to graduate who are able to get college credits through our work-study programs.

We take our experience inside the academic world

As of 2013 we are also part of the Architecture Department at La Sapienza University in Rome where we have been sharing our experience in shopping center management as part of the Masters in “Integrated management and enhancement of real estate portfolios and urban assets: Asset, Property, Facility & Energy Management”.

We also collaborated with the Alma Mater Studiorum – Bologna University who, together with  IMPRONTA ETICA, invited us to intervene on two occasions:

• during the course Environmental Auditing and Corporate Social Responsibility which is part of the three-year degree in Resource Economics and Sustainable Development;
• during a course in Environmental Economics which is part of the undergraduate degree program in Economics, Markets and Institutions.
